Role: The purpose of the role is to implement the Sales & Marketing strategies and programs to achieve Market growth and Sales, targets Contributing to Brand Building of The London Street , raising the level of Customer Experience and Market expansion for The London Street . Responsible for acquiring new customers and building relationships with key accounts/customers & Channel Partners to ensure repeat and referral business.

Role: The position holder will be responsible for first-level customer interaction and handling queries/ issues of customers and forwarding them to the relevant department/ project; maintain MIS of all received calls (leads, complaints, etc.) for further action and analysis. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the Societies. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and meet customer expectations. The position holder will be responsible for first-level customer interaction, handling customer queries/ issues, forwarding to the relevant department/ project, and follow up till resolution.; maintain MIS of all received calls (leads, complaints, etc.) for further action and analysis.

Role: The position holder will be responsible for handling the Executive cum Secretarial position that involves coordinating communication between the company’s clients, inter-departmental coordination, etc. Assisting the sales, admin & HR teams in conducting various events on the site. Handling all administrative tasks including supervision of casual workers.
